——Regarding Shipping

Kuobang Textile has a warehouse in the Shaoxing Keqiao Light Textile Market, with a large inventory area and ample stock for easy pickup. Normally, in-stock items are shipped on the day of payment after a quality check to ensure their condition. However, due to factors such as logistics or weather, the arrival time may be beyond our control; your understanding is appreciated. Sample fabrics and color cards are sent via SF Express COD by default. We collaborate with multiple logistics companies to offer various options; please consult customer service for details.

——Regarding Weight per Unit Area (GSM)

The weight per unit area, also known as GSM (grams per square meter), refers to the weight of each square meter of fabric. For knitted fabrics, due to the characteristics of the material, there might be a +/-5% variation in GSM for bulk goods. Additionally, different processes during dyeing and finishing can result in variations in the fabric surface effect and hand feel (e.g., softer hand feels may make the fabric seem thinner, while stiffer hand feels may make it appear thicker, even though the GSM is the same). Therefore, when measuring the GSM of knitted fabrics, please rely on the value measured by a GSM tester.

——Regarding Color Difference

All products sold in our store are photographed based on actual Kuobang Textile products. Due to differences in photography lighting and individual monitors, the colors of the products may vary slightly across different displays, potentially leading to color discrepancies. The images provided are for reference only; the actual product should be considered authoritative.

——Regarding Returns

Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them carefully and retain the fabric label or prepare the batch number of the fabric. If you find any quality issues requiring a return or exchange, please contact our committed customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt to resolve the issue. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. For returns or exchanges not due to quality issues, handling and packaging fees of RMB 20 per roll and any resulting shipping costs will apply. Before initiating a return, you must contact customer service and confirm that the packaging is undamaged. If the fabric has loosened, it should be re-rolled and packaged before returning.
